Television Clips
With a background in feature films and documentaries, I approach every television project with the same question: “What is the best way to tell this story?”
Being an editor is being a visual storyteller. This is readily apparent in docu-dramas and docu-soaps. I make sure the audience connects with the show’s cast the same way they would to a character in a film or novel. Besides the subject’s scenes and interviews, I build their story through music, sound design, pacing and visual effects.
Even in non-character driven shows, such as National Geographic’s “Ultimate Factories” or “Wild” series, there is still a story to tell and information to convey. Making it entertaining for the viewers is my number one priority.
